As we watch the flooding in our own USA along the Mississippi River etc, we know that at some point the water will recede and places will start the drying out process. However, in some of the coastal areas of Japan that were effected by the quake and tsunamis, they have another problem that could possibly keep them from drying out forever. As You read this story, you will see that Japan has been moved, physically, and is now prown to flooding from high tides. This is a serious problem going forward.
